Depending on when you order your uskeyvision.com product you will receive it via Express Global Shipping within 5-15 days approximately. The specific shipping time is subject to the destination and flight time. If you need the goods urgently, you are suggested to contact us for further confirmation before your ordering!
At uskeyvision, we always ship your products out and offer a fast personalization service worldwide with most orders - including bundle products. The product ordered will be shipped globally within just 1-2 business days!

Free shipping is only offered for destinations within the contiguous United States. It is not available for addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam.

Packages returned to the USKEYVISION warehouse due to incorrect shipping information will be given a PRODUCT REFUND.

We are not responsible for any items/packages lost during transit or if it has been tracked as delivered.

Orders will ship out once ALL items can be fulfilled within the purchase. Packages will ship out according to the LATEST pre-order date unless stated otherwise.

Orders will ship out within 2 - 4 business days from the IN-STOCK DATE at the time of purchase. Please note our warehouse is closed on weekends.

Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day. Additionally, orders placed after 10:00 AM PST will be processed the following business day.

In the event your purchase is split into multiple packages for shipment, if an upgraded shipping method had been chosen for the order, the initial shipment will be sent via the upgraded method. Any shipments thereafter will be shipped via standard domestic or international shipping offered at that time.

Timely delivery is subject to the Terms of Services published by the carrier. Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements.

Don't worry if no one is home at the time of delivery - you can request that your parcel be directed to a local UPS Access Point. UPS will leave a card for you detailing your UPS Access Point location.
These details are also listed on the UPS website tracking page, which can be accessed via the tracking link found in your shipping confirmation email. Please ensure that you have your ID available when collecting your package.

CUSTOMS FEES FULLY PAID(Some Countries Valid)
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations due to customs regulations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Most countries are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. In the unlikely event that any extra charges are requested from you at the time of import by customs or by courier at the time of delivery, please contact our customer service team for advice with this matter.
FULL INSURANCE
uskeyvision.com insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you at which point responsibility for the shipment is passed over. If your parcel cannot be delivered, USPS, DHL or UPS will return the parcel to a postal location and delivery will be re attempted the following day excluding weekends.
If the customer makes alternative arrangements with UPS, such as leaving the package at the front door, the parcel is no longer insured and uskeyvision.com no longer holds any responsibility for the parcel if it is lost or stolen.
RETURNS
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days),
and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
