Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day. Additionally, orders placed after 10:00 AM PST will be processed out the following business day.
In the event your purchase is split into multiple packages for shipment, if an upgraded shipping method had been chosen for the order, the initial shipment will be sent via the upgraded method. Any shipments thereafter will be shipped via standard domestic or international shipping offered at that time.

CONVENIENT CLICK & COLLECT OPTION Don't worry if no one is home at the time of delivery - you can request that your parcel be directed to a local UPS Access Point. UPS will leave a card for you detailing your UPS Access Point location. These details are also listed on the UPS website tracking page, which can be accessed via the tracking link found in your shipping confirmation email. Please ensure that you have your ID available when collecting your package.

Most countries are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. uskeyvision.com insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you at which point responsibility for the shipment is passed over. If your parcel cannot be delivered, USPS, DHL or UPS will return the parcel to a postal location and delivery will be re attempted the following day excluding weekends. If the customer makes alternative arrangements with UPS, such as leaving the package at the front door, the parcel is no longer insured and uskeyvision.com no longer holds any responsibility for the parcel if it is lost or stolen.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
