Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns of defective and non-defective products within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery.
Return eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, with all included parts, accessories, manuals, and original packaging. Reasonable inspection is permitted, but products that are damaged through misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or missing parts may be refused or may receive a reduced refund to the extent permitted by law.
Gift cards and items clearly marked “final sale” before purchase are not returnable, except where required by law. This does not limit rights that apply to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
Start a return
Email sales@uskeyvision.com with:
- your order number;
- the item you want to return;
- the reason for the return; and
- photos or video if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Wait for return authorization and the correct return address before sending the item. Do not send a return to our business registration address or to an address on the original parcel unless we expressly authorize it. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.
Return shipping and fees
- If we confirm that the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return method or reimburse reasonable approved return shipping.
- For buyer’s-remorse returns, including preference changes or accidental orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- We do not charge a restocking fee for an eligible return.
- Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.
Refunds
We inspect returns after delivery. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund. We will email you when the refund is submitted.
If more than 10 business days have passed after we confirm that a refund was issued, contact sales@uskeyvision.com.
Exchanges
For the fastest replacement, request a return and place a new order after the return is approved. If we confirm a defect or fulfillment error, we may instead offer a replacement at no additional product or standard-shipping cost.
Cancellations
You may request cancellation before the order enters fulfillment. We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing or shipment has begun. If cancellation is no longer possible, the order may be returned under this policy after delivery.
Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
