FAST GLOBAL SHIPPING ON ALL USKEYVISION ORDERS

At uskeyvision.com we offer a fast personalization service worldwide with most orders - including bespoke customized products - produced and delivered globally within just 3 days!

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES
Depending on when you order your uskeyvision.com product you will receive it via Express Global Shipping within 3-5 days. 
(Please note: some countries will take an additional 5 business days for delivery).

Orders placed before 9 pm Saturday and Sunday: Expected arrival Wednesday
Orders placed before 9 pm Monday: Expected arrival Thursday
Orders placed before 9 pm Tuesday: Expected arrival Friday
Orders placed before 9 pm Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: Expected arrival Monday
NOTE: Dispatch times may vary during exceptionally busy periods or if orders are subjected to express company delays or force majeure. Delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. Uskeyvision.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

We are currently unable to deliver to post office boxes, B.F.P.O or A.P.O addresses. And please leave your phone number for the fastest delivery. 

CONVENIENT CLICK & COLLECT OPTION
Don't worry if no one is home at the time of delivery - you can request that your parcel be directed to a local UPS Access Point. UPS will leave a card for you detailing your UPS Access Point location. These details are also listed on the UPS website tracking page, which can be accessed via the tracking link found in your shipping confirmation email. Please ensure that you have your ID available when collecting your package.  

TRACK YOUR ORDER TO YOUR DOOR
When your order is dispatched we'll send you an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey. If for any reason you don't receive this, please email us at info@uskeyvision.com and we'll update you on your order's progress.

CUSTOMS FEES FULLY PAID
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations due to customs regulations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

All countries are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. In the unlikely event that any extra charges are requested from you at the time of import by customs or by courier at the time of delivery, please contact our customer service team for advice on this matter.

FULL INSURANCE 

Uskeyvision.com insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you at which point responsibility for the shipment is passed over. If your parcel cannot be delivered, UPS will return the parcel to a postal location and delivery will be re-attempted the following day excluding weekends. If the customer makes alternative arrangements with UPS, such as leaving the package at the front door, the parcel is no longer insured and uskeyvision.com no longer holds any responsibility for the parcel if it is lost or stolen.

RETURNS

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
