These Terms of Service govern your use of uskeyvision.com and purchases from the USKEYVISION online store. The store is operated by Shenzhen USKEY Technology Co., Ltd. (“USKEYVISION,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the site.

1. Store eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for accurate checkout and account information and for protecting account credentials. We may restrict or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

2. Product information

We work to present accurate titles, specifications, compatibility notes, package contents, images, prices, and availability. Device screens can display colors differently. Phones, cameras, and props shown in demonstrations are not included unless the product page expressly says otherwise.

Some products are made by third-party brands. Brand ownership is shown on the product page; for example, an AOCHUAN-branded product remains an AOCHUAN product and is not represented as manufactured by USKEYVISION.

3. Prices, taxes, and orders

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the site. Shipping, taxes, duties, and other applicable charges are displayed or described before the order is completed. We may correct an obvious pricing or listing error before shipment and will offer cancellation and a refund if we cannot fulfill the order at the displayed terms.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory error, shipping restriction, resale abuse, or legal/compliance reasons. If payment was collected for an order we cancel, it will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by the payment methods made available through Shopify checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We do not store complete card details on our own systems.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless a mandatory law provides otherwise. Title and risk of loss pass as provided by applicable law and the selected carrier terms.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the site to violate law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, scrape or disrupt the service at unreasonable scale, submit false information, evade purchase limits, or interfere with another customer’s use of the store.

7. Intellectual property

The site design, original copy, USKEYVISION branding, and USKEYVISION-owned media are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party marks and product media remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification, compatibility, or authorized merchandising. Our Intellectual Property Policy explains permitted use and reporting procedures.

8. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photo, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and adapt that content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy law. We will not use a person’s image in advertising without required consent.

9. Disclaimers

Except for express written warranties and rights that cannot legally be excluded, products and the site are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Product performance depends on compatible devices, configuration, environment, and proper use.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including certain personal-injury, fraud, or mandatory consumer claims.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively. The version posted when an order is placed generally applies to that order, except where a change is required by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the People’s Republic of China, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or dispute rights that apply in the customer’s jurisdiction.
